RENTAL APPLICATION

To turn in your application, please bring it to our office at 315 3rd St. # A, Huntington Beach, CA 92648, or fax to (714) 374-7685. We will need one application per adult resident. The non-refundable application fee is $30 per person, payable by cash, check, or money order payable to “Galitzen Properties”, or call our office to pay by credit card (714) 374-7681.

1. Application to Rent to be completed and signed by Applicant.
2. A separate application is required for any Occupant 18 years of age or older.
3. $30 application fee per applicant is required before approval procedure may begin.
4. Application fee is non-refundable after form is submitted.
